FACTS Online: Email delivery system
We are all aware how email has become an important part of our daily life. FACTS Online ecosystem relies on email to move processes forward and deliver EDM content to your clients.
Our aim is to deliver email to your clients at the highest available rate.
Email validation
Before using the new email system, your business email addresses must be validated. The next time you login to FACTS Online, you will be prompted to begin the email validation process. An email containing a link will be sent to your registered email account. Clicking this link will validate the email address.
Note that your clients will not be required to follow this procedure as they are not sending emails through the system.
Bounce rate
However, the use of such a valuable resource comes with tight restrictions on unsolicited and bounced email. To protect you from any type of email hijacking, the new system monitors your company bounce rate and other types of returned email. FACTS Online has set a 5% email bounce rate as a benchmark, calculated in cycles of 14 days. If your practice breaches this benchmark, the system will automatically stop sending email and we will work together with you to resolve the issue.
At this point, I would like to remind you that as an Australian business you are bound by the Anti-spam act (2003).

Client complaints
The new system also caters for client complaints submitted via the client ISP. FACTS Online will alert you about complaints via email, Activity Wall and a new clean-up group created for this purpose. Once a complaint has been lodged, FACTS Online will block any communication to the email in question until manual verification of the email address is communicated to us.
Sending email from your own domain
The new system will also provide the option of sending email via your organization domain name. This will require a manual setup across FACTS Online and your Domain Name Server (DNS).
FACTS Online offer to deliver this setup for a one-off $150 which will cover our costs and setup. To arrange this we require access to your DNS or a contact person at your DNS provider.
